WELL, WE ARE FIGHTING WARRIORS AND WE COME FROM CATANIA, ITALY. WE WERE BORNED IN 1999, BUT OUR BAND WAS AFFECTED BY MANY CHANGEMENT INTO THE LINE-UP. WE GOT TWO DEMO CDS: FIGHTING WARRIORS (2001) AND, WITH THE LAST LINE-UP, DEXTERA DEI (2005). 2. Before doing these questions I watched a Metallica-story video and that impressed me a lot, even if knew all the stuff that happened with them. Did you ever thought of how would it could be to play in such a big and powerful band? I DON'T KNOW HOW IT WOULD BE TO PLAY IN A BIG BAND, WHAT I WANNA DO IS REALIZE ME WITH MY MUSIC AND MY BAND... MY FRIENDS... ANYWAY, WE ARE ALREADY A BIG AND POWERFUL BAND...HAHAHA...KIDDING!!! 3. You are one of the two band-founders still playing in it. What drives you to keep it alive? At this point please tell us some things about yourself, hope you're not married or you'll break my heart, hahaha. MY PASSION FOR THE MUSIC AND FOR MY BAND LET ME FIGHT TO KEEP IT ALIVE. MY FAITH GOES TO THIS GUYS THAT PLAY WITH ME, I LOVE THEM LIKE BROTHERS. AND ABOUT ME... HEMMM... I WAS MARRIED, AND NOW I'M THE MOM OF A BEATYFUL CHILD, AND SHE'S OUR FIRST FAN. 4. Since your debut you had numerous line-up changes and only last year you found a stable one. Is this one a good one, or you might do some changes again? Who are the fighting warriors at the moment? RIGHT NOW FIGHTING WARRIORS ARE: OF COURSE ME, CINZIA DI MARTINO AT THE VOCALS; ALESSIO PLATANIA AT THE BASS GUITAR; DAMIANO MESSINA AT GUITARS; LUCA GUERRERA AT KEYBOARD; SIMONE ALBERTI AT DRUMS. WE BELIEVE AND HOPE THAT THIS LINE-UP IS THE LAST ONE!!! 5. You stated you will "open new fronteers in power metal camp". Isn't that a preety big statement? What are you planning to do to achieve this plan of yours? WHAT WE WANTEND TO MEAN IS THAT WE WANNA PLAY A PERSONAL POWER METAL WITH MANY "ANY KIND OF METAL" INFLUENCES. JUST SOMETHING ORIGINAL, AND NOT STANDARD POWER METAL. ANYWAY, WE ARE TRYING TO DO IT... WE KEEP OUR FAITH IN OUR MUSIC. 6. "Dextera Dei" is your latest release. Tell us about these tales of Iarus. Who composed the whole lyrical concept and what inspired you? DAMIANO M. IS THE WRITER OF THE BAND AND WITH L. GUERRERA PLANNED "THE TALES OF IARUS". IT TALK ABOUT THE KNIGHT IARUS AND HIS BATTLE VERSUS DHARMAL, THE DEMON THAT KILLED IARUS’S SON YAMA. THE ETERNAL BATTLE OF GOOD AND EVIL HAD NO END...YOU'LL KNOW ABOUT ALL THE STORY SOON... 7. The story seems to be incomplete. Are you planning to complete it on your debut album? These tracks will be featured too? YOU'RE RIGHT! WE HAVE FINISHED TO TELL THE STORY IN OUR SONGS THAT WILL BE FEATURED ON OUR DEBUT ALBUM. 8. When will the new recording session take part and where? Are you planning to unleash the album this year?
